2. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we can provide one pair of samples for free for quality checking. However, the customer is responsible for the courier costs (DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS, etc.).
3. Do you support OEM or ODM services for custom logos?
Absolutely. We accept both OEM and ODM orders to place your specific logo on our footwear.
4. What is the quality guarantee period for your products?
All products come with a 3-month quality guarantee after shipping. If any issues occur within this period under normal use, we will provide compensation.
5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pairs, though trial orders may be negotiable depending on specific requirements.
6. What are your standard payment terms?
We accept T/T, PayPal, and Payoneer. For ready stock, full payment is required before shipping. For custom orders, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the 70% balance due before dispatch.
