Yes, we can send you one pair of samples for free to check the quality and fit. However, you will need to cover the courier costs (DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS, etc.).
Can you put our logo on the safety shoes?
Yes, we provide OEM & ODM services. Simply send us your logo design and packaging artwork, and our designers will implement it for you.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1000 pairs with mixed sizes. We can support smaller trial orders, though the unit price may be slightly higher due to increased production costs.
What is the expected delivery time?
For basic safety shoe styles, delivery takes approximately 45 days after artwork confirmation. High-grade styles require roughly 60 days.
Do you have CE certification?
Yes, our safety shoes are CE certified. We also hold certificates for Australia (AS), New Zealand, Fiji, the USA (ASTM), and can assist with CSA for Canada.
What is your quality guarantee period?
We offer a 6-month quality guarantee after shipping. If the soles pull off or break within this period (under normal use), we will compensate you with a new pair for free.
